I had a great time at Best Western Premier and the staff really made it special. I want to say a big thank you to Mrs. Iman and her female colleague at reception. She was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. She made the whole experience really enjoyable and easy. The restaurant team, Chef Sakenth, Jeslin and Jun, were amazing too. They went the extra mile to make each meal memorable, and their thoughtful service, attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. They were always smiling and made me feel valued and cared for. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel's overall ambiance was delightful. I'd definitely recommend BWP to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with excellent hospitality.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Best Western Premier Muscat; the staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. Our rooms had proper office desks and chairs, a table lamp, and all the necessary things. I appreciated it!

Best western is always a very good hotel in my experience. Here the breakfast was very nice, ample choice of different foods and available until 10:30, which in my experience is not always the case. The staff was very polite and helpful. There is plenty of parking around the property, so arriving with a car was easy enough. There is a little bar on the 8th floor that had just opened a few weeks before our staying, that also has board games. Worth visiting when you have some time in the evening and want to unwind.

Located near a lot of shops and restaurants with spacious rooms and polite staff. The design of the rooms may require some freshening up but they are perfectly adequate. There is parking on the street and we had no issue finding a spot, but it would have been nicer to have dedicated hotel parking. It's far away from the historical part of Muscat with virtually no public transport, but we knew that when we were booking so we got a car.

The accommodation was great. Big room, very comfortable double bed, the hall, the elevator and corridors make you feel luxurious at some point. Also the people attending reception. Noorah was amazing with me from the first moment. I didn’t not If I would be slowed to enter Sultan Qaboos Masjid with my luggage and she helped me a lot. She even offered to speak with my taxi so that he could wait for me while I visited the mosque. Thank you so much Noorah, I truly appreciate your help and hospitality. The location of the hotel is good but the publicity transportation lacks a lot of service (but it has nothing to do with the hotel).

The procedures for check -in and check - out are easy. The reception staff, Majid and Loai are elegant in their dealings with a beautiful smile. They are a role model for young Omanis working in this sector. The hotel is clean and quiet. Variety in breakfast.
